This is the first session for Lilly and Liam. Liam is in the Wednesday kid’s class and Lilly in the beginning class. They both sparred for the first time Wednesday. Even though that was their first introduction to sparring, they bravely attended Tom Leigh’s tournament in Camdenton. And they both did great!! Lilly took 3rd in forms competing against yellow and orange belts and 1st in sparring doing a demo match against a blue belt amd scoring 4 points. Liam took 3rd in sparring competing in a group of 2 orange belts and a blue belt. Liams first match ended 11-9 and his second ended with a score of 11-10. That was a totally awesome first tournament experience. Congratulations to both Lilly and Liam and thank you for representing Willow so splendidly at the tournament.
