Josh Holmes officially joined my Willow family December 7, 2014 when he tested for his 4th Dan under a board of myself, Mike Ivester and Gary Heebner.
Josh began taekwondo as a activity to do with his wife. Years later it turned into a passion and profession, as he has now been teaching for over 7 years, with over 4 of those being in his own school. Josh draws much of his experience for teaching from years of competition. Josh has been a Missouri State Champion, an Indy Cup Champion, a Kentucky State Champion, and an AAU National Bronze medalist. As an Olympic Sparring coach, he has taken elements from almost every sport and adapted them into his training program, to give his students the most dynamic training experience possible.
